There was this Japanese manager who was transferred to S'pore a
few months ago. He looked young, ard 30+, very friendly towards
ppl. He often came into my office to ask me provide him manpower
for his trials. He recently he came in a few times for no official
reasons, juz 2 chit chat w mi. When he was joking ard/discussing
work w mi, he often used both his hands 2 push mi on my back or pat
mi on my shoulders (in front of my subordinates). When he was away,
my colleagues told mi tatz considered molest.... Really? 
But, i tot the society is getting open-minded? If
not, wat shld i do? Are Japanese open-minded? He's one of my boss
yo...
